You can lose belly fat quickly and naturally by following a few simple steps.

Food Choices

    Make healthier food choices. Switch out highly processed foods for healthier, natural ones. For example, exchange crackers or cookies for a piece of fresh fruit or a bowl of stone-ground oats. Healthy food choices include fresh produce, whole grains and lean meats. All of these foods are high in nutrients and low in fats, making them nourishing and energizing to the body. Avoid foods that are packaged and saturated with sugar, salt and fat.

Fluid Intake

    The body need fluids in order to work right. This includes the organs, tissues, and bodily systems, such as the endocrine system, which controls metabolism, and the digestive system, which helps eliminate waste. The typical body needs at least 8, 8 ounce glasses of water every day. Try to drink pure water, instead of juices, coffee, or milk, as water is the most hydrating to the body and will help increase the body's ability to lose weight.

Start Exercising

    Begin an exercise routine that involves 2 parts: working the heart and lungs, and working the muscles. Certain exercises, such as swimming, running, walking, and biking, will work out the cardiovascular system as well as strengthen the muscles. Try to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise per day, 3 days per week. Over time you can gradually work your exercise time up to 1 hour per day.
