Cutting and juicing fresh lemons is time consuming and messy. As a result, some manufacturers sell bottled lemon juice that has already been squeezed and processed. The companies first concentrate the juice, which is then sent off to different manufacturing plants. Once shipped, water is added to the lemon juice concentrate as well as some preservatives to keep the juice from going sour. Using reconstituted lemon juice for lemonade is a common practice among juice producers. Save yourself time and money by using the right amount of reconstituted lemon juice for your homemade lemonade. Add this to my Recipe Box.
